Using the game

You may use Fishopolis for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store where you obtained it. The game is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age that applies where they live. A parent or guardian must approve purchases where required.

Your account and aquarium

You can begin as a guest and link an available sign-in provider in Settings. Keep access to your linked account. Recovery requires the same player identity and a completed supported backup; signing in does not automatically merge separate accounts. Ordinary aquarium play is saved locally and synced when available. Interrupted connections or an unfinished backup can delay recovery.

Purchases and virtual items

Apple or Google displays the price, currency and purchase confirmation and processes payment under its terms. Gems and game items are for use within Fishopolis and have no cash-redemption value. Fish, plants and decorations are individual in-game specimens or items, not reusable account-wide unlocks unless an offer expressly says otherwise. Fish follow the game’s growth and lifespan rules.

Remove Banners is a one-time, store-specific purchase. It removes banner ads; optional videos for rewards remain available. Use Restore Purchases with the same store account where supported. This purchase does not automatically transfer between Apple and Google. Gem recovery follows your linked Fishopolis player account and verified purchase records.

Refunds and purchase problems

Refunds are handled by the store under its policies and your applicable consumer rights. Visit Apple’s refund guidance or Google Play’s refund guidance. Contact fishopolis@tzolkinlabs.com if an item is missing. Refunded or revoked purchases may have their entitlement or credited gems removed. If refunded gems were already spent, the account may carry an outstanding gem balance and gem spending may be restricted while it is resolved. Retrying or restoring a purchase does not grant the same consumable twice.

Fair use

Do not interfere with other players’ accounts, misuse purchase receipts, distribute malicious software, or attack the game’s services. We may restrict affected features when needed to address fraud or abuse. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Privacy and deletion

Our game privacy policy explains data collection and choices. Follow the account deletion instructions to request removal. Deleting an account does not itself request a store refund. Minimal purchase-integrity and legally required records may remain as described in the privacy policy.

Updates and support

Fishopolis may receive fixes, new content and balance updates. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance, network outages or third-party services. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. For Apple downloads, Apple’s standard software license also applies unless the App Store specifies another license.
